Privacy
What we collect through this website, and why.
Membership applications
When a school, club or individual applies to join, we keep the details on the form to run the association's membership, competitions and communications. Only the organisation's name, district, type and membership number are ever shown publicly, and only after approval.
Newsletter
If you subscribe to tournament alerts we keep your email address to send you news. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link.
Contact messages
Messages sent from the Contact page are read by association staff and kept so we can reply and follow up.
Cookies and storage
The site uses a small number of cookies needed for security (for example to protect forms) and for staff sign-in. Your light or dark display choice is saved in your browser only. We do not use advertising trackers.
Your choices
We never sell personal data. To see, correct or delete your information, write to info@khokhouganda.org or use the Contact page.
