Kho Kho Uganda held its historic inaugural Annual General Assembly at Kyambogo University, bringing together delegates from 87 districts around the country. The assembly formally rebranded the entity from Uganda Kho Kho Federation to Kho Kho Uganda and adopted the association's new official logo.

The gathering approved an annual budget of UGX 1.906 billion for the 2026/2027 season, covering capacity-building programmes, development training, national leagues, preparations for the Commonwealth Kho Kho Championship in October 2026, and the inaugural East Africa Kho Kho Championship.

President Mustapha Nsubuga was confirmed to continue leading the association, supported by three vice presidents: Jane Nakajubi (Finance), Robert Ssozi (Administration) and Siyeema Atukunda (Technical and Competition).
