Sharon Oroma, a key member of Uganda's bronze-medal squad at the 2025 Kho Kho World Cup, has been confirmed as national team captain for the 2026/2027 season. Oroma continues to double as a certified trainer, having already led coaching clinics in Iganga Municipality and across Eastern Uganda.
